Kilat Cloud is moving from upstream providers toward owning network resources: ASN, IPv4/IPv6 prefixes, BGP, RPKI/ROA, APNIC ecosystem, upstream connectivity, Internet Exchange, cross-connect, colocation, full-route environments, MikroTik CHR, and multi-region connectivity (ID / SG).
