I'm Tegar Arrahman — Network & Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience across Linux servers, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, backend development, and infrastructure automation. I currently work on enterprise infrastructure while building Kilat Cloud.

My journey in technology started with web development and computer networking before expanding into computer repair, ISP networking, VPN infrastructure, and Network Operations Center environments. Over time I moved deeper into Linux systems, virtualization, servers, cloud platforms, automation, and backend engineering. Working across both software and infrastructure taught me that production systems cannot be understood from only one layer — applications depend on operating systems, storage, networking, virtualization, and physical infrastructure, while infrastructure increasingly depends on reliable software and APIs. That perspective led me toward platform engineering and founding Kilat Cloud.

I believe good software is invisible — it gets out of the way and lets people do what they came to do. That principle drives how I design interfaces (fast, clear, keyboard-friendly), how I structure code (readable, tested where it counts), and how I communicate with clients (honest timelines, no surprises).

These six principles shape every decision — from component API design to how I run a kickoff call.

Infrastructure as product

API-driven provisioning, automated billing, provider abstraction, and self-service — not manual server babysitting.

Full-stack troubleshooting

App → process → OS → storage → network → virtualization → hardware → provider. Problems rarely fit one layer.
